Refund and Returns Policy

At The Vibrator World, your satisfaction and privacy are our top priorities. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we maintain a strict health and hygiene policy to ensure the safety of all our customers.


1. Returns & Hygiene Policy

Due to health and safety regulations, intimate items (such as vibrators and personal massagers) cannot be returned or exchanged once the original manufacturer’s packaging has been opened or the seal has been broken.

We can only accept returns for items that are:

  • In their original, unopened, and sealed packaging.

  • In the same condition that you received them.

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery.

2. Defective or Faulty Products

We stand behind the quality of our premium products. If you receive a device that is defective or experiences a mechanical failure, we are here to help.

  • Report Period: Please notify us within 30 days of discovery regarding any manufacturing defects.

  • Verification: You may be asked to provide a short video or photo demonstrating the fault to help our technical team troubleshoot the issue.

  • Resolution: Once the defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement of the same model at no additional cost to you. If the model is out of stock, a full refund or store credit will be issued.

3. Damaged During Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the external packaging before opening it. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@thevibratorworld.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

  3. Pack the item securely. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether the refund has been approved or rejected based on the seal/packaging condition.

  • Approved Refunds: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, be sure to get in touch with us immediately. Once an order has been processed and sent to our shipping department, it can no longer be canceled and must be handled as a standard return (see Section 1).
